So it's been a while...

I've been neglecting Blogger, it seems. Well, here's a quick update.

I've decided to go back to school come June. I'm aiming for Aiken Tech, but my sister wants to transfer to Savannah. If she does, I won't have a daily ride to Aiken anymore. So, I'm going to do a summer semester in Aiken, then see about applying at Armstrong Atlantic State University... or Savannah College of Art & Design. But SCAD is expensive and hard to get into. Still, it would be nice.

I made a New Year's Resolution to read more. I've finished five books so far in 2008, am reading a sixth now. Ray Bradbury's Zen In The Art Of Writing. Good stuff.

I submitted a query/synopsis/sample chapter of a novel to a literary agency last night. It took two hours to prepare. A lot of writers spend months preparing their stuff, but I don't have that kind of patience.

I'm working on a graphic novel now, though I might take a time-out from doing that to rearrange an older novel. I was reading an old issue of Writer's Digest and it gave me some ideas. I think I'll make use of them.

Well, I can't think of anything else to add. I'll try not to neglect this blog so much in the future. TTFN
